Fixed Rate Service is our newest level of service.  It has all the benefits of "Maintenance Service" but it is offered to our clients for a flat  monthly fee.  This enables our clients to know in advance exactly what there costs will be.  

• The fee is based on the number of computers on your network.  
• We only offer this service to clients running new or recently updated equipment.

• While no one can guarantee that your network will run smoothly 100% of the time, choosing our Fixed Rate means that we will take every precaution to prevent any major problems from occurring to your network. 

• In addition, if you choose to only run our "Recommended Software", you will receive our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service you may choose to pay only what you feel our service was worth.

If you select our Fixed Rate level of support you will become a priority client which means that you can call us whenever you have a problem with the assurance that we will respond A.S.A.P.
